Fair policies for our guests

Check-in time: 2:00 p.m.
Special arrangements can be made for late or early arrivals.

Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.
We will gladly hold your luggage on your check out day while you tour or shop.

Pets - $25 USD Fee
We accept small dogs, but have special rules and regulations – call for details.

Smoking
This is a smoke-free environment. In consideration of all of our guests, smoking is permitted only on outside of the hotel and restaurant.

Breakfast - 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
Hot breakfast is available from 8:30am – until 11:00 am.

Right to Vacate
Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room under the following conditions: Loud and unruly behavior, fighting or violence, use of illegal drugs, excessive noise, illegal activities or any other acts deemed inappropriate or disruptive by management of the Casa de Leyendas.

Pool Rules - 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
There is no lifeguard on duty so use the pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. No glass is allowed in the pool area. No animals are allowed in the pool. No running, pushing or diving is allowed. Pool towels are available for the pool area, do not use room towels. Management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at anytime

Reservation & Booking Policies

Room rates are based on double occupancy.  
All rates are quoted in US Dollars.  Limit two persons per room.  At the discretion of management, there may be a maximum of 4 people in some of the rooms.  There is a $25.00 charge for each additional person per room, per night.

Taxes
All rates are subject to mandatory Mexican taxes (16% IVA and 3% Bed Tax). Taxes are not included in the rates.

Reservation Payments
Your credit card will be charged for your entire stay. No reservation will be confirmed until your payment has been received.  Payments can be made via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express).

Payments:
Any outstanding balance is due upon arrival.  Casa de Leyendas accepts the following forms of payment: US Cash, Mexican Pesos (based on current exchange rate), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.

A 90 day cancellation notice is required for the following holidays:

We cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather or early departures. Due to our limited number of rooms, cancellations affect us greatly, so when situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, we sympathize, however, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 30 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. By making your deposit you signify that you have read, understand and agree to the Cancellation Policy above and you understand that there are no exceptions.At Casa de Leyendas we rent our rooms by advance reservations. When you reserve a room or rooms, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room(s) you reserved, guaranteeing to hold them for the dates you requested.

Guests who are unable to or fail to comply with the terms and conditions laid out will be considered for termination. If such a case should arrive, the possibility of returning your payment in full or in part may be discussed with the hotel’s management.

In cases of accident, injury, or disruption
Casa de Leyendas is not liable for any costs incurred.  The user or guest is directly liable for any such misfortune, whether that may occur on Casa de Leyendas property.  The user or guest assumes all risk and incurred costs.In addition, Casa de Leyendas reserves the right to find guests liable for damages to the hotel property, including outdoor common areas, its hotel rooms or common areas.The hotel may find it necessary to apply a charge to a guest’s bill to cover the cost of repairing damage to the structures and grounds on the property.
